During my stay over Christmas, I really liked the beautiful beach and the friendly staff at the hotel. The beach had stunning views and provided a peaceful and tranquil environment for relaxation. The staff were polite and accommodating, always ready to assist and make my stay comfortable. the location of the hotel was convenient, being close to the airport and easily accessible for an overnight stay.
There were a few aspects that I didn't appreciate during my stay. The prices at the hotel were quite expensive, especially for the buffet breakfast.

Not far from a bus stop, it makes every part of Tahiti easily accessible. The location was good!

The courtyard, entryway and pool grounds were excellent with nice clean white sand beach. Staff was friendly. The bed and bedding were crisp and clean and comfortable.
The carpeting was old, stained and musty smelling. The bathroom was very mildewy smelling despite the strong use of bleach for cleaning. The food was suboptimal quality for the price.

The location here is fantastic and the prices are always consistent, plus there's a good selection of nearby restaurants like Cote Jardin which is just a 10-minute walk away.

Great location, only a 5 minute taxi ride from the Papeete Faaa Airport. Large, clean rooms and good restaurants and bars on site.
Uncomfortable bed, expensive internet and no wireless access. Far from the city center at least a $30 taxi ride into Papeete.

The location from the airport
The cost to and from the airport vary a lot from 1000 to 20000 8@6. Only 1 lift work for the 2 weeks no sign to get it fixe , stafff gave mixt message onhotel info , room are old and need a revamp , the hotel beach and pool is full ofnon hotel residant which make chairs and service poor

The resort is in a convenient location for those wanting to explore the outer islands in the group. It's reasonably close to the airport, which is great for travelers with early or late flights. the restaurant onsite was pretty empty when we arrived, so it felt more private and relaxing.
The room lacked basic amenities, such as extra towels and soap.

Nice, well equipped and clean rooms. The beach and garden are quite nice. Big free parking in front of the hotel. Great location: city is not far away (15 minutes drive), and a big supermarket (Carrefour) is within a walking distance from the hotel (10 minutes by foot). It's a good base for trips.
Snorkling is not possible - water isn't clear enough - so if you want to see a beautiful Tahitian sea you need one to go to another place (at least half an hour drive) or (better) change the island to another one. The real Tahiti (amazing sea and nature) is far away from the city center and hotels like this one.

The poolside bar was very nice, but waiters or even mangers doesn't speak english at all, and it took ages to send us the drinks!

The hotel is conveniently located, close to both the airport and the town center. the view of the sunset is amazing, and the rooms are spacious and clean. the staff is friendly and helpful, making the stay more enjoyable. the hotel offers useful amenities, such as a yoga room and massage services.
The hotel can be a bit noisy in the evening, which can be a problem for those who need a quiet environment to rest. the restaurant is not very diverse, although the breakfast is tasty and adequate.

The rooms were spacious. Large bed, although it did appear to be two pushed together. Balcony was also spacious, even the mountain side view was good. Only 5 minutes from the airport, but you'll still get ripped off on the fare.
Staff at reception were quite imcompetent. Checking in, checking out and any kind of questions or enquiries were met with indifference. Often they might simply walk away in mid conversation or begin to talk in french to co-workers, all the while never explaining what was actually happening. There were also a number of errors made in billing, by the bar, room service and mini bar - which took alot of time to ammend.

We had been travelling since 04.30 our time and arrived at 18.30 - our time. The last meal we had on the aircraft was 5 hours before we arrived at the hotel. We were told there was nothing we could have to eat anywhere in the hotel. We arrived before 22.00 that is when we were asking. We were told the chef had gone. For an establishment of this quality surely someone could have at least made a sandwich for us??? Not happy

It suited our purpose of an overnight stop.
The smell in the rooms of damp was terrible. The whole place needs some air through it. Both occasions we stayed there was only 1 lift working.
